- Timothy Klemm, 19, pled guilty Thursday to reckless homicide and two counts of aggravated reckless driving. The accident which occurred Nov. 6, 2003 resulted in the death of his best friend, Anthony P. De Franco, 18, of Algonquin. His sisters, Sherilyn and Samantha Slawinski, both 17, of Lake in the Hills were also injured in the accident. Klemm, now a paraplegic, was given 30 months of probation to include one year of home confinement as well as $1,900 in fines, fees and court costs.
