Notes: Donald Robert Smith, 73, of Long Grove, died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005, at his home. He was born Aug. 6, 1931, in Gary, Ind., to Lillian (Sides) and Percy Henry Smith. On Feb. 14, 1953, he married Mary Jane (Colkitt) Smith and had three children. Interment will be at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary.
