Notes: Robert Colombo, 30, was killed in a car accident on Algonquin Road last week. His car collided with a van driven by Lake in the Hills resident Lynn Frayder, 41. Also in the van were Michael Frayder, 37, and their two daughters, ages 5 and 3.
