Notes: William Payne, a former teacher and current Engineer for Oak Manufacturing Company in Crystal Lake, has been elected to the District 300 School Board. Originally from Janesville, Wis., Payne received his B.S. in Education at Wisconsin State University, Whitewater. Bill and his wife, Shirley, reside at 6 Walnut Lane, Algonquin, with their chidren - Kaylin 8, and Kerri 5.
