Notes: Ellie D. Cowart, 65, of Waukegan, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was born Nov. 28, 1939, in Tremont, Miss., to Marvin and Lorene Cowart of Naples, Fla. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Cowart (nee Oberlin), whom he married on July 2, 1960, in Waukegan. He was the father of Ricky Cowart of Lake in the Hills.
