Notes: John A. Gandolfo, 47, of Lake in the Hills, died Feb. 24 at his home. He was born Dec. 17, 1957, in Oak Park to Alda and Paolo. He is survived by two children, Matthew and Meghan. Mr. Gandolfo was commissioner of Planning and Zoning for the Village of Lake in the Hills.
