Notes: Joan C. Jensen, 72, of Algonquin died she died Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. She was born Sept. 11, 1932, in Kalamazoo, Mich., to Gerard and Gertrude (nee Bronsting) DeLoof. Surviving children include Susan (Karl) Schumacher and Chris (Geralyn) Jensen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman D. Jensen on Dec. 28, 2002; and a son, David in 1971. Burial will be in the Dundee Township East Cemetery in East Dundee.
