Notes: Delores Struzik, 78, of Waukegan and formerly of Algonquin, died Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at the Pavilion of Waukegan. She was born May 26, 1926, in Chicago, to Edward and Martha (Paschke) Smigielski. She married Aloysious Struzik. She is survived by a niece, Lizabeth Fohrman of Lake in the Hills. She was preceded in death by her husband, on Feb. 13, 1974. Services at Wait-Ross-Allanson Funeral and Cremation Services Chapel, Algonquin.
