Notes: Jacob Paul "Jake" Seyller, of Woodstock, died June 19, 2005, at the Advocate-Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident. He was born Sept. 9, 1983, in Elgin. Survivors include his father, Jeffrey P. Seyller of Genoa; his mother, Penny S. (Robert) Horsman of Woodstock. Burial will follow in the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Cemetery in Hampshire.
