- Kathleen Mary (Dujmovich) Kristensen , 32, of Crystal Lake, died June 21, 2005, in Valparaiso, Ind. She was born Sept. 15, 1972, in Valparaiso, to Tony and Barbara Dujmovich. On Oct. 7, 2000, she married Jeff Kristensen in Valparaiso. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Steve and Mary Zuk, and John and Dorothy Dujmovich. Interment will be in Heritage Cemetery in Portage.
