Notes: John G. Wagner Sr., 89, of Naples, Fla., and Volo, died June 26, 2005, surrounded by his family. He was born April 17, 1916, in Chicago, to Joseph and Catherine (Martin). On Feb. 22, 1941, he married Gail Scott. They had celebrated more than 43 years of marriage at the time of her death in December 1984. Burial will be in St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Volo.
