Notes: Irene Krueger, 81, of Lake in the Hills, died Thursday, March 30, 2006, at Kindred Hospital in Sycamore, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 21, 1924, in Chicago, to Salvatore and Angela (Menini) Petrarca. On Feb. 5, 1951, she married Paul J. Krueger.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years; three children, Karen (Dennis) Posmer of Algonquin, Jan Row of Gilberts and Robert (Cindy) Krueger of Lake in the Hills; eight grandchildren. Burial will be in Algonquin Cemetery.
