Notes: George Urbanski, 97, of Fox River Grove died May 19 at Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington. He was born Dec. 30, 1907, in Poland to Karol and Aguieszka. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline. Surviving are three children; Roman (Diane) of Oakwood Hills, Marion (Kim), and George of Fox River Grove.
