Notes: Charles S. Dean, 59, of Lake in the Hills, died Sunday, June 11, 2006, at Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock.

He was born Feb. 28, 1947, in Branchland, W.Va., to Fred and Bernice Dean.

Survivors include his wife, Lydia (Kangiser) Dean; three children, Julie (Christopher) Komorous, Lilly Dean and Tara Dean; a granddaughter, Sabrina Komorous; two brothers, Douglas (Jo) Dean and Mitchell (Jewel) Dean. Interment will be in Windridge Memorial Park in Cary.
