- Announcement has been made of the engagement of Hilary Ross and Willy Rojas, both of Arlington, Va. She is the daughter of John Ross of Alexandria, Va., and Leslie Ross of Crystal Lake. He is the son of Wilfredo Rojas of Alexandria, Va., and Beatriz Bustamante-Rojas of Cochabamba, Bolivia. \They have plans for a March 29, 2013, wedding.
