Announcement has been made of the engagement of Kary Sommers and Josh Beddoes, both of Lander, Wyo. She is the daughter of Richard and Christine Sommers of Oakwood Hills. He is the son of Karen Beddoes of Lander, Wyo. The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Prairie Ridge High School in Crystal Lake and a 2003 graduate of Elmhurst College with a Bachelor of Arts in professional communication. She is a marketing manager at National Outdoor Leadership School in Lander. Her fiancé is a 2000 graduate of Lander Valley High School. He is a Wyoming Trails Program crew member for Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails in Lander. They have plans for an Aug. 4 wedding. , both of Lander, Wyo. She is the daughter of Richard and Christine Sommers of Oakwood Hills. He is the son of Karen Beddoes of Lander, Wyo. They have plans for an Aug. 4 wedding.
