- Edwin Serafin, 87, of Sun City, Huntley, died on June 22, 2013, in Elmhurst. He was born on Dec. 19, 1925, in chicago, to John and Elizabeth (Lesniewski) Serafin. He was married to Barbara Mohl on March 19, 1955, in Chicago.He is survived by his childre, Ranae (the late Joseph) Franta, Linda Serafin, Brenda (Donald) LaCognata and Steve (Denise) Serafin; his grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and his sister Leona Serafin. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and his daughter, Ruth Ann Serafin. He will be buried in Huntley Cemetery. Unavailable online due to copyright.
