- Kenneth W. Oleson, 79, of Marengo, passed away on Oct. 28,2013, at JourneyCare in Woodstock. He was born in Woodstock on April 19, 1934, to George and Mae(Butts) Oleson. He married Betty L. Schmook on June 1, 1957, at the Trinity Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife; his wife's parents; a son-in-law, Dave Below; and two brothers-in-law, Jerry Bassuener and Bill Burnett.
