- Christopher Allan Puckett, 35, of Woodstock, died October 24, 2013 at Centegra Hospital. He was born January 20, 1978 in Chicago to Mark and Paulette (Gilbert). He was the father of Dakota, Hailee, and Mackenzie. He was the husband of Brandy Fuller, whom he married on March 17, 2002. He was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his father, his wife, two sisters, Shelley Puckett and Lisa Puckett; and three children.
