- Alice E. Keisler, 92, of Elgin, died October 19, 2013 in Elgin. She was born September 7, 1921 in Algonquin to Arthur and Frieda Rudsinski. She was the mother of Neil, Audrey (Paul) Luscher, and Gail (Dr. Terry) Nelson. She was the wife of LaVerne H. Keisler, whom she was married to for 69 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son, Neil, her granddaughters, Meredith L. Keisler and Sara E. Nelson, her six brothers, William, Harry, Clifford, Albert, Leonard, and Earl Rudsinksi, and two sisters, Lula Marwood and Vera Beu. She is survived by her daughters, Audrey and Gail, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, her sisters, Helen Hopp and Lois Smith, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Burial will be in Dundee Township East Cemetery, East Dundee.
