- Gerald E. Grosskurth, 78,of Sun City, Huntley, died October 15, 2013 in Huntley. He was born August 7, 1935, in Chicago to Edwin Joseph and Martha (Grega) Grosskurth. He was the stepfather of Jeffrey Marion, Lisa Kauffman and David Marion. He was the husband of Gail Marion whom he married on September 1, 1996, in Des Plaines. H was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Philip. He is survived by his wife; his siblings, Gayle Simnick, Richard Grosskurth, Janet Noonan; his sister-in-law, Cynthia; his stepchildren; 10 grandchildren;and many nieces and nephews. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
