- Rita T. Siok, 91, of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, died October 22, 2013 at the JourneyCare Hospice Unit in Woodstock. She was born April 12, 1922 in Chicago to Theodore and Teresa Mateja. She was the mother of Henry T. "Ted" Siok, Shirley Rosiak, Richard Siok, and Susan Carr. She was the wife of Henry S. "Hank" Siok for 64 years, whom she married on August 5, 1944. She was preceded in death by her husband, her son Henry T. "Ted" Siok, and her son-in-law, Rick Carr. She is survived by her children,Shirley, Richard, and Susan, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.
