- Donna J. Hatter, died October 8, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin. She was born April 6, 1940 near Greensburg, Mo. to Maillie and Edith Phillips. She was the mother of Lecia (John) McNaughton and Thomas (Annette) Hatter. She was the wife of Dale Hatter whom she married on June 26, 1960 in Baring, Mo. She was preceded in death by her parents and infant sister, Neva. She is survived by her husband, her children, her grandsons, Jacob McNaughton and Craig and Nathan Hatter; her brother, Larry (Sharon) Phillips, and nieces, nephews, and cousins. Burial will be in Huntley Cemetery.
