- Elanor Kolberg, 93, of Elgin, Illinois, died December 8,2013 in Rancho Mirage, California. She was born July 2, 1920 in Elgin, Illinois to Corey and Zillah Bigelow. She was the mother of Robert, Richard and Deborah Chester. She was the wife of Harold A. Kolberg, whom she married in 1939. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her son, Robert. She is survived by her son and daugher, Richard and Deborah Chester along with her brother and eight grandchildren along with 11 great grandchildren. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Church.
