- Charles Burkart Jr, 57, of Harvard, died February 5, 2014 in his home. He was born March 9, 1956 in Harvard to Charles E. and Beverly ( Behrens ) Burkart Sr. He was the father of Joshua and Jacob Schumacher, and daughter Erin Schumacher. He was the husband of Linda Hayden, whom he married on January 11, 1991 in Harvard. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Sr. He is survived by his wife, mother, sons and daughter, brothers Russell (Colleen) Burkart and Robert Burkart, and his nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Mt. Auburn Cemetery at a later date.
