- Larry A. Nocks, 74, of Lake in the Hills, died February 12, 2014. He was born October 8, 1939 in Troy, Kansas to Irvin Nicks and Letha Mooren. He was the father of David Nocks, Dennis (Beth) Nocks, Daniel Nocks, and Darren (Ashley) Nocks. He was the husband of Linda Nocks. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son, and an adult son Douglas Nocks. He is survived by his wife, his children, his seven grandchildren, his brother LeRoy Nocks, and a nephew Michael Nocks. Burial will be at the Algonquin Cemetery.
