- Larry A. Nocks, 74, was born on October 8, 1939 in Troy, KS to Irvin Nocks and Letha Mooren and died on February 12, 2014 in Lake in the Hills. He was preceded in death by his two parents, an infant son, and an adult son, Douglas Nocks. He is survived by his wife, Linda; four sons, David Nocks, Dennis (Beth) Nocks, Daniel Nocks, and Darren (Ashley) Nocks; seven grandchildren; a brother, LeRoy Nocks; and a nephew, Michael Nocks. Burial with honors will follow in the Algonquin Cemetery.
