- Kara Mason, 57, of Evanston, died February 13, 2014, in Evanston Hospital. She was born January 29, 1957 in Artesia, NM, to Anita (King) and Charles Watts. She was the mother of Grant and Jessica Mason. She was the wife of Jon Mason, whom she married on July 12, 1980. She is survived by her husband, children, sister, and her nieces and nephews.
