- Charlotte L. Maywald, 83, was born on July 19, 1930 in Chicago to Theodore and Gertrude (Heubaum) Stevens and passed away on February 14, 2014 in Algonquin. On February 12, 1949, she married Jarold A. "Jerry" Maywald in Chicago. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2012. She is survived by two children, Charlotte "Sis" (Michael) Reuter and Jay (Michelle) Maywald of McHenry; three grandchildren, James A. (Angela) Wilcox, Steven (April) Wilcox, and Christopher Reuter; three great-grandchildren, Abby Wilcox, Barrett Wilcox, and Leo Wilcox. Internment will be in Ridgewood Cemetery, Des Plaines.
