- Evelyn M. Kirkpatrick, 94, of Woodstock, died February 24, 2014 at the Hearthstone Care Center in Woodstock. She was born May 29, 1919 in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin to George and Alma (Gundlach) Coombs. She was the mother of Kathy Johnson. She was the wife of Rev. Eustice Kirkpatrick, whom she married on December 21, 1940 in Dubuque, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Kathryn Berg, and son-in-law Robert Johnson. She is survived by her daughter, granddaughter Dawn (Don) Ritter, and grandchildren Chase and Jaid Ritter.
