- Margaret A. Samuelson, 84, of Hebron, died February 28, 2014 at JourneyCare Health Center in Woodstock. She was born on April 1, 1929 in Curtis, WI to Charles and Fern (Butler) Ackerman. She was the mother of Vanessa (Thomas) Tyska, Susan (Lee Hucksteadt) Hoy, Dale Samuelson, and Stephen Samuelson. She was the wife of Darrell W. Samuelson whom she married on July 11, 1953 in Belvidere. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, Ila and Dorothy; and four brothers, Harold, Harvey, Gene, and Marvin. She is survived by her children, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, four sisters, Lillian, Darlene, Katherine, and Doreen; and two brothers, Leonard and Charles. Burial will be in McHenry County Memorial Park in Woodstock.
