- Ingrid Robert Roewer, 78, of Crystal Lake, died February 22, 2014 in Woodstock. She was born February 4, 1936 in Chicago to Robert and Ingrid Irene (Niemi) Skinner. She was the mother of Gerri-Lynn Allmond, Lawrence (Annette) Roewer, Charles (Kathy) Roewer, and Michael (Jill) Roewer. She was the wife of Gerald Lawrence Roewer, whom she married on September 23, 1955. She was preceded in death by her daughter Geri-Lynn, husband, parents, and brother Gary Skinner. She is survived by her children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings Elizabeth Holmes, Sandra Schreiber, Robert Skinner Jr., and Debra Harbison. Interment will be at Windridge Memorial Park.
