- Delbert F. Shinabarger, 63, of Woodstock, died February 23, 2014 at Centegra Hospital in Woodstock. He was born on March 21, 1950 in Flint, MI to Ray and Ruth (Erdly) Shinabarger. He was the father of Jonathon (Amy), Daniel, David (Valerie), and Rachel. He was the husband of Barbara Lynne Kenney whom he married on December 31, 1976 in Bradenton, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Richard Shinabarger. He is survived by his wife, his children, an expected grandchild, his siblings, Ron (Jeanette) Shanahan, Ray Daniel (Judy) Shinabarger, Phillip S. (Tammy) Shinabarger, Curtis W. Shinabarger, and Ruth Ann Massie; a sister-in-law Patricia Shinabarger; his aunt and uncle, Bob and Ilene Shinabarger; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Burial will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
