- Gary McCarter, 77, of Huntley, died on February 27, 2014. He was born December 1, 1936 in rural southern Indiana to Lois and Floyd McCarter. He married Donna Jean Evans in June 1956. He is survived by his wife; five children, Scott (Shelley), Bill (Michelle), Sam (Carolyn), Laura (Adam Lund), and Leslie (TJ McClure); and 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Burial will be in May.
