- This scrapbook is dedicated to documenting the "twinning" or "mundialization" program in Brantford in the 1970s and 1980s. Brantford was paired with Osijek, Yugoslavia for this program, which saw the successful completion of several visits between the two cities and several Yugoslavia-themed events in the city of Brantford.

- Certain large newspaper clippings are pasted into the scrapbook folded, and these pages have been scanned with the papers both folded and unfolded to allow for the proper display of all articles and photographs.
