Description
Flyer reads "In Memory/ Marilyn Jones" in large blue font, and features a picture of long-time library staff member Marilyn Jones. It was distributed by the Brantford Public Library in order to share the news of Marilyn's passing. The reverse of the flyer shares the obituary of Marilyn Jones and the details of her funeral and visitation.

Marilyn Jones worked as a valued member of the Brantford Library Staff for 28 years until her passing on September 29th of 2015. At the time she passed away, she was working in Home Services.

This flyer is from a photo album containing photographs spanning from 1975-2000 which was displayed at the October 18, 2000 open house of the St. Paul Ave. library branch celebrating 25 years of service to the Brantford community. The flyer, issued in 2015, has since been added.

It is with sadness that we share the passing of Marilyn Jones, a dear friend and co-worker on, September 29, 2015.

Marilyn was deeply passionate and dedicated to her Home Services customers. She has been a valued employee at Brantford Public Library for the past 28 years and will be greatly missed.

Please let us assure you that Home Service will continue with the same excellent service Marilyn always provided."
