The only Carrie possible is Carrie Rightmyer, wife of James Walter Dingman. These people lived at the Conc 9, Lot 6, location. Must be Harvey's parents.
Note: This reference comes from Death Notice of Harvey's son Owen Walter Dingman who died in 1966; his grandmother, Mrs. Carrie Dingman, is listed as a survivor.3,4,5
