Born in Codrington, Ontario, he is the son of the late Thomas Moran and the late Sarah Houlihan. Beloved husband of the late Irene Elizabeth (Way). Dear father of Mary Anne Murphy of Oshawa and Sarah Cotton of Springhill, Nova Scotia. Predeceased by brothers Vincent and Gerald and sisters Fracnes and Mary. Sadly missed by grandhildren John, Tom, Roger and Elton and great-grandchildren Amanda, Amy, Kneisha and Lucas. Bill had lived and farmed all of his life in the Codrington area. Bill was a member of St. Alphonsus Church in Wooler. Funeral mass was held .. Monday, December 22nd ..
