Assisting in the reception was their only daughter, Ruby VanCamp and her husband, Richard. ... Evva Cole, daughter of Robert and Calista Cole, Codrington and Roy Morrow, son of Elizabeth and William Morrow, Brighton Township exchanged their marriage vows on February 14, 1917, at her parents home. Rev. Robert Stalker of Codrington Methodist Church officiated at the ceremony which was witnessed by Annie Wright and Grant Cole. Following the homeymoon in Toronto, the young bride and groom returned to Codrington where he farmed on the Morrow homestead for 30 years until they moved to Hilton where he continued to farm, and he worked at the garage owned by nephew Sidney Cassan for many years, until his retirement 12 years ago. ... his grandfather John Morrow, was only six weeks old when he arrived from Ireland with his parents who homesteaded in the area. The Morrow continued to live in the district since that time in 1842 with the arrival of his ancestors from Ireland. ... Their only family, a daughter, Ruby VanCamp was hostess for the diamond anniversary assisted by her husband Richard of Blackstock and their five children: Louise, Lois, Lawrence, Brian and Jill. ..
