Moran of 470 George St. S., Peterborough, passed away Wednesday, April, 1980 in St. Joseph's Hospital, Peterborough. He was 74 years of age and had been in failing health for the past two years. Born at Orland, Ontario, he was the son of the late Michael Moran and the late Sarah McCauley. He had lived in Peterborough for the past 10 years and previously had resided in North Augusta, Ontario. Mr. Moran is survived by his wife, the former Kathleen Sarginson and by one sister, Mrs. Monica Allen, R.R. 2, Codrington and by one brother, Frank Moran, R.R. 2, Codrington. He was predeceased by his brother the late Michael Moran. Mr. Moran was a retired driver. He was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Peterborough. .. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, April 12 from St. Mary's Church, Campbellford ... Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ron and Bill Hazelwood, Dennis Collins, Emery Holland, Joseph and Mark Mechetuk." per the Death Notice of Percy F.
