Have been enjoying all the sites re Brighton and going down memory lane with lovely memories of a childhood there until 1953.
With pride I mention this photo shown is of my dad, Jack Whyle.
I'm so thrilled to see this fine photograph of my beloved Dad, Jack Whyle. He was a fine, faithful, and devoted Mason, as he was in every other aspect of his life in Brighton. He and our Mom, Kay were volunteers in many worthwhile endeavours to the betterment of the town and it's people. Raising the funds to build the Temple on Main St. was a labour of love for him. My late dear husband, Jim Lever joined the lodge under my Dad's tutelage in 1955.So very proud of them. My thanks for this wonderful site and it's look back at dear Brighton's history. Fabulous!
Grateful daughter, Jane (WHYLE) Lever
