Hello Dan,

My cousin Steve Snider (Ted's son) sent me your wonderful 'Dance Hall Daze' tribute to Grant Quick, the Dance Hall/Pavillion and all the other Brighton-related items. My mother - Norma (Snider) Hamilton was one of Ted's two older sisters. Uncle Ted started teaching me and my brother Peter the trumpet when we were in our early teens. We never gained the prowess or notoriety of Uncle Ted but we sure had fun. We have so many memories of the Quick family, the Pavillion Saturday nights and diving /swimming at the old Government dock.

My dad was a good friend of Ben Thompson and I grew up with Dan and his sisters.

This truly was a voyage back to our youth and all the fun we had growing up in Brighton. What an enriched childhood we had in thie small southern Ontario town.

Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together. Viewing it was an absolute joy.
