Description
The front side of the post card states - "1042 Water Front at Camp Ground Presqu'Isle". The image shows a dock with a few boats tied up - one looks like a pleasure boat with people seated, and 2 sail boats. Other boats include a number of canoes. A man is standing dressed in a white long sleeved shirt and pants carrying a bucket. There is also a dog with spots.

On the reverse side of the postcard - Published by Stedman Bros., Brantford, Canada. It is a Private Postcard. The card was posted on August 8, 1908. The postage stamp amount is 1 cent. The stamp image is the Gentlemen of Quebec. It was mailed in Brighton, Ontario.

The postcard is addressed to Miss J. B. Campbell, Milton, Ontario.

The message:

"With Love from Thelma
Maple Holme
August 4

Dear Miss Campbell. I rec'd your card to-day. We just came from the farm. Mother will answer your letter right away. Patty is well again."
Notes
Ralph and Eugenia Bangay founded and operated Memory Junction Museum at 60 Maplewood Avenue, Brighton, Ontario from 1995 to 2017. Ralph's love of history and astute eye for memorabilia, including artifacts, photos, deeds, and documents soon created a gathering place for Brighton history. There are a number people standing on the dock as well as sitting in a boat.
