Also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Resting at the R. W. "Murray Hanna: Brighton - Murray Hanna, 12 Meade Ave., Brighton, died in Trenton Memorial Hospital Wednesday November 5 at the age of 78. He had been ill for a short time. Formerly a resident of Preston Hill and Wooler, he had resided in the area since 1937. Born in Brighton Township, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Hanna. He is survived by his wife, the former Ada Martha Tyler. He was the father of William James, Tweed; Mrs. Edward Flieler (Janet), Stirling; Thomas, Oshawa; Mrs. Robert Ostrom (Dorothy), Brighton; and Jack, Port Hope. He had 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was a retired farmer and custodian of Breeze School for 20 years. He was educated at Preston Hill. He was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Brighton. He was a member of the senior citizens club. Services were held Friday Nov. 7 at the R. W. Mackey Funeral Home at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. A. Wigley and Rev. D. Strutt. Interment took place in McPhail's Cemetery. Pallbearers were Richard Thompson, Thomas Betterby, B. C. Thompson, R. s.
