- B: round beige cardstock with red and green lettering; pull tab for lifting cap; red lettering at top reads: "Jersey Dairy" and at bottom "WALLACEBURG, ONT."; green lettering across centre: "HOMOGENIZED / MILK / PASTEURIZED"
- embossed "D" on bottom
- Jersey Dairy was established in Wallaceburg in 1955 and continued to operate into the late 1960s
