- A - clear bottle; 3 piece mold; cylindrical tapering to narrow neck; lip in mouth for cap- silk screened in orange: "GOOD MORNING!" over baby carrying milk bottle with rising sun in background over "HERE'S / A PACKAGE OF HEALTH"; on opposite side: "Purity Dairy / Chatham"
- B - cardstock; circular; cream with orange and blue print; small red tab for lifting (Diameter - 4.1 cm)
- B - cream print on blue background around upper edge reads: "SANITARY DAIRY LIMITED / PASTEURIZED"; in centre: "GOLDEN GUERNSEY MILK"
- embossed on bottom "D" within diamond
- Purity Dairy operated under the ownership of Cornelius J Elenbaas at 182 1/2 Park Avenue East in Chatham from 1945 to 1948
