Pince-nez eyeglasses
- two oval clear glass lenses attached to gold coloured metal; two springs to tighten nose pieces and hold eyeglasses on wearer's nose

Case
- black, hinged eyeglasses case for pince-nez eyeglasses
- grained texture; paper over metal(?); lined with black velvet; rounded ends
- lettering stamped in gold on top reads: "U. M. MITTON / DRUGGIST AND OPTICIAN / RIDGETOWN, ONT."

- U. M. Mitton was a druggist and optician in Ridgetown, Ontario
- from the home of the late J. B. Clark, 129 William St., Chatham, Ontario
