(A) - silver metal; deep sides; 2 raised ridges on inside bottom; curved lip; etched on bottom: "Central Supply" in cursive (L-11.9cm, W-8.5cm, H-3cm)
(B) - white plastic rectangle; 2 folded up sides with ridges; black synthetic bristles in rows come out top; "ANCHOR CUB SCRUB/ANCHOR BRUSH CO. AURORA, ILL. MADE IN U.S.A." embossed on bottom (L-11.1cm, W-4.2cm, H-3.9cm)
(C) - green cotton; rectangle; 9 blue/gray patches adhered to cloth; hem on long sides and one short
(D) - wooden; pointed at one end; cut on angle at other; used to clean under fingernails
used in OR to wash hands prior to operating
