- 4 medals attached to metal bar pin with ribbons; from left to right:
-1939-1945 Star- bronze coloured star with ring in centre, embossing around ring reads: "THE 1939-1945 STAR", embossed in centre is: "GRJ/VI", embossed crown above this over ring; attached to bar pin through metal loop with a dark blue-red-lgiht blue striped ribbon
- The France & Germany Star, same as aforementioned medal with exception to following - embossing around ring reads: "THE FRANCE AND GERMANY STAR", attached to bar pin through metal loop with a dark blue-white-red-white-dark blue striped ribbon
- Canadian Voluntary Service medal - silver, round, depicts embossed marching soldiers surrounded by: "1939 CANADA 1945/VOLUNTARY SERVICE VOLUNTAIRE", back has embossed Canadian coat of arms attached to bar pin through rectangular loop with green-red-blue-red-green ribbon
- war medal - embossed on centre front is King George VI, embossed around this is: "GEORG IVS VID G.BR. OMN/REX ET INDIAE IMP", reverse has embossed lion standing on body of double headed dragon, one head is an eagle, attached to bar pin through rectangular loop with red-blue-white-red-white-blue-red striped ribbon
