- Contains both farmers’ and business directories for three counties, Essex, Kent and Lambton. The farmers’ directory divided by county and township and then organized alphabetically includes information on farmers’ post office address, concession, lot, and their freeholder or tenant status. The business directory is organized by business type and then alphabetically by geographical location. This directory also contains an Ontario postal guide which lists all Ontario post offices and their corresponding electoral district and post master. A list of express offices for Ontario are also given.
